Our Rates 2012:
Early bookings together with a guarantee of coming are essential for our further planning and the high quality of our hotel. That’ s why we want to reward you with the following rates:
Best available price/ Best rate:
You can always book this rate and the reservation can be canceled until 18.00 o’clock on arrival day. If you cancel your booking after 18.00 o’clock or don’t arrive at all, we will charge 80% of the whole price. We will put the room on hold for you until 18.00 o’clock, afterwards you can’t claim the room anymore. Through your credit card you have the possibility to get your room at a late arrival, too.
Saving rate and budget price (at least 5% lower than the Best available rate):
This rate can be booked until 3 days prior to arrival and can be cancelled for free until 18.00 o’clock two days prior to arrival. If you cancel your booking after 18.00 o’clock or don’t arrive at all, we will charge you 80% of the whole price. The room will be put on hold for you for the whole night but we thank you for calling us when arriving late.
Early Web Special (at least 20% lower than the Best available rate):
This rate can be booked until 21 days prior to arrival. The reservation can’t be cancelled or changed for free. Please understand that we can’t make any exceptions for refunds. We will need your credit card information for the booking and the whole price will be charged at once. The room will be put on hold for you for the whole night, however we thank you for calling us when arriving late.
Children:
One child under the age of 12 can be put in the parents’ room for free. Please take an ID for the child with you. More children under the age of 12 in the parents’ room will be charged with EUR XX per day. Two adults and three children can be placed in our largest room.
Pets:
You can bring your pet after inquiry. We will charge a cleaning fee of EUR XX per day independent of the pet. Please notice that a booking of a non-smoker room is not possible with pets.
